Mulherin and Maxine P.  The Plaintiff, complaining of the Defendant, would respectfully show unto the Court the following:
 1. The Plaintiff is a citizen and resident of Spartanburg County, South Carolina and has been so for more than one year prior to the commencement of this action.
 2. The Defendant is a citizen and resident of Spartanburg County Spartanburg County, South Carolina and has been so for more than one year prior to the commencement of this action.
 3. The parties were married to each other on March 29, 2003 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
 4. The parties have two minor children born from the marriage, namely Bella, age 10 and Bryce, age 5.
 5. Due to irreconcilable differences, the Plaintiff and Defendant separated in July of 2012 and the Plaintiff verily believes that she is entitled to a Divorce upon the statutory ground of one year's separation.
 6. The Plaintiff verily believes that it is in the best interest of the children for custody to be awarded to the Plaintiff, with reasonable and liberal visitation between the children and the Defendant.
 7. The Plaintiff verily believes that she is entitled to child support to be determined by the SC Child Support Guidelines.
 8. The Plaintiff verily believes that both parties should waive alimony from the other.
 9. The Plaintiff verily believes that both parties are entitled to an equitable distribution of all marital assets and debts.
 10. The Plaintiff does not seek attorney fees in this matter unless any of the marital issues become contested, in which case the Plaintiff reserves the right to seek attorney fees.
