Ray, Individually on May 20, 2008 and filed in the RMC Office for Spartanburg County, S.C., on May 22, 2008 and recorded in Mortgage Book 4088,page 439  the property described as follows:
 All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, City of Spartanburg being shown and designated as 2.91 acres, more or less, as shown on a survey prepared for Weldon D. Trotter, by Gooch & Associa-tes, RLS dated April 14, 1988 and recorded in Plat Book 112, Page 451, RMC Office for Spartanburg County, S.C.  For a more complete and particular description, reference is hereby made to the above referred to plat and record thereof.

Subsequently, this Mortgage was assigned unto Reverse Mortgage Solutions by assignment dated March 26, 2010 and recorded May 13, 2010 in Book 4349 at Page 157. The premises covered and affected by the said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof were, at the time of the making thereof and at the time of the filing of this notice, described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with all improvements thereon, or to be constructed thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, fronting 55 feet on Farley Avenue and being known and designated as Lot #35 upon survey and plat made for Ohio Construction and Engineering, Inc. by Gooch and Taylor Surveyors dated May 16, 1970 and recorded in Plat Book 61, at Page 633 in RMC Office for Spartanburg County. For a more complete description, reference is hereby made for Helen Wilson by Gooch and Taylor, Surveyors, dated October 26, 1970, which is to be recorded in the RMC Office for Spartanburg County. Notice of Intention to File Petition to Close Two Portions of State Road Right of Way Previously Abandoned By South Carolina Department of Transportation
 TO: South Carolina Department of Transportation; County ofSpartanburg, South Carolina;  Sun Cap Spartanburg, LLC, Baptist Missions to Forgotten Peoples, Inc.; Fort Prince  Investments, LLC; and Exit 68, LLC
 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons, pursuant to South Carolina Code of Laws, Section 57-9-10 (1976), et seq. that Exit 68, LLC and Fort Prince Investments, LLC, shall petition the Spartanburg County Circuit Court to declare closed the portions of an unused frontage road right of way, formerly part of S.C. 129, and an unused section, formerly a portion of the old Falling Creek Road S-42-1033. All portions to be closed have been directly abandoned by the South Carolina Department of Transportation by virtue of the relocation of a section of S.C. 129, near Wellford, South Carolina, and deeds from South Carolina Department of Transportation to Petitioners to the portions to be closed, in exchange for deeds from Petitioners to the South Caro-lina Department of Transporta-tion to Petitioners' lands constituting new Right of Way for S.C. 129, as now relocated.
 Said affected property is located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of S.C. 129 and Interstate 85, Spartanburg County School District 5, tax map parcel 5-17-00-014.00 and tax map parcel 5-17-00-014.05. All portions to be closed are shown as Tracts 2 and 5 as shown on a map of a survey entitled "Plat of 9 right-of-way tracts located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, Falling Creek Road S-42-1033 Relocation," and recorded in Deed Book 104 K, page 865, Spartanburg County Register of Deeds.
 All persons who have an interest in the old Falling Creek Road S-42-1033 or the old S.C. 129 right of way and wishing to object to the closing of the above-described portion of said roadways must give written notice of such objection to the undersigned attorney within thirty (30) days after the publication of this notice.
