Watt on April 21, 2005, and filed in the RMC  Office for Spartanburg County, S.C., on April 26, 2005, and recorded in Mortgage Book 3429, at page 546 on the property described as follows:
  All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Spartanburg, and being more particularly shown and delineated as Lot No. 8A, containing .792 acres, more or less, on a plat for Juanita W. Watt, dated May 11, 1999, prepared by James V.  NOTICE is hereby given that an action has been commenced and is pending in the Common Pleas Court for Spartanburg County, South Carolina, to determine the ownership of and quiet title to certain real property located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, the title to which is claimed by Plaintiffs herein, and more particularly described as follows:
 All that parcel or lot of land located on the southern side of S.C.
